Why BCB arranged BPL?

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) arranged a new T-20 Tournament whose name is Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). Although before BCB arranged another T-20 Tournament whose name was National Cricket League (NCL).

They arranged NCL only one year (2009) and now it stop! Why? Because the mater of Indian Premier League (IPL) T-20 Tournament. Where lot of Player in Foreign Country (Without Bangladesh) played IPL T-20 Tournament, there is only one Bangladeshi Player (Shakib Al Hasan) played in this Tournament! It is not good for Bangladesh. Because Bangladesh have not only Shakib Al Hasan (All Rounder) but also Tamim Iqbal (attacking Opening Batsman), Mohammad Ashraful, Abdur Razzak, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Alok Kapali (1^st ICL Centurion), Imrul Kayes and others, whose have ability for Playing IPL. Although somebody can asked that Mohammad Ashraful, Abdur Razzak, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza played IPL and they don’t perform well. But they (Both) played only one match in IPL! As they played only one match so, the question is how you can get the decision that they have no ability for playing IPL?

Befor last IPL Auction BCB request to BCCI that they get some player of Bangladesh for playing IPL and BCCI agree with BCB. But after auction we saw that only Shakib Al Hasan get chance for playing IPL.

So, BCB get a decision that they also arranged a big T-20 Tournament and now they start in this Tournament.
